Key tasks include coordinating with vendors, managing customer inquiries, handling travel bookings, and ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Experience in operations management and staff supervision Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in travel booking systems and software Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Knowledge of the travel and hospitality industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
