Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager, located in Kochi. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the event management process, coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless event execution, and maintain high standards of service delivery. Responsibilities include managing budgets, troubleshooting issues on-site, and ensuring all events run smoothly while meeting client expectations. Qualifications Event management and operational planning skills Budget management and cost control skills Strong leadership and team management skills Good communication and client relationship skills Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Experience in event management or a related field is preferred Willingness to travel to different locations for event planning, coordination, and on-site management Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field preferred
