Facility Executive

Job Summary:

The Facility Executive is responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and management of the facility, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient working environment. This role requires coordination with vendors, housekeeping, security, and other service providers, while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily facility operations including housekeeping, security, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other infrastructure.
  
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repair work.
  
• Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed for all critical systems and equipment.
  
• Monitor and manage utility consumption electricity, water, etc.
  
• Maintain records for facility inspections, statutory compliances, and asset management.
  
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
  
• Coordinate space planning, office seating arrangements, and facility expansion or renovation work.
  
• Address and resolve employee complaints related to facility issues promptly.
  
• Support in managing office supplies and inventory.
  
• Liaise with internal departments and senior management for smooth facility operations.
