Facility Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all services.
  
• Manage housekeeping teams and supervise mechanized cleaning activities.
  
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams.
  
• Conduct regular inspections of premises to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
  
• Handle client interactions and address facility-related concerns promptly.
  
• Maintain reports related to housekeeping, maintenance, and inventory.
  
• Ensure adherence to company standards and facility management protocols.
  
• Support property management activities for both corporate office spaces and residential units.
  
• Monitor and ensure timely execution of preventive maintenance schedules.

• Strong knowledge of facility management and property operations.
  
• Familiarity with mechanized cleaning tools, equipment, and procedures.
