Job Summary:

Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Record and reconcile financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
  • Generate invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Maintain and update general ledger accounts.
  • Prepare and file tax returns (GST, TDS, etc.), if applicable.
  • Assist in payroll processing and other HR-related financial tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as required.
