Role & responsibilities Answers the telephone, directs calls, and takes messages. Writes reports and correspondence. Order office supplies and equipment. Makes sure equipment is in working order. Visit our sites, if required. Attends meetings and takes detailed notes. Assists managers and supervisors in developing policies and procedures. Should have experience in Compliances. Files expense reports for executives. Handles staff expenses reimbursement requests. Maintains accounts payable and accounts receivable records. Solves Project sites issues regarding requirements, billing, and statements. Receives and audits invoices for accuracy and compliance and ensures prompt payment of departmental bills.
