Roles and Responsibilities Strategic HR Planning: Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives. Talent Acquisition: Managing the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding. Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment. Performance Management: Overseeing performance appraisal systems, providing feedback, and managing performance improvement plans. Compensation and Benefits: Developing and managing compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance. Training and Development: Identifying training needs, developing and implementing training programs, and fostering employee growth. Compliance: Ensuring adherence to all relevant labor laws and company policies. HR Operations: Managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including HRIS systems and data management. Budget Management: Developing and managing the HR department budget. Employee Engagement: Implementing initiatives to improve employee engagement, motivation, and retention. Leadership and Team Management: Leading and mentoring the HR team, providing guidance and support. Policy Development: Creating and implementing HR policies and procedures. Reporting and Analysis: Analyzing HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
