Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. ERP System Management

Handle daily ERP operations and ensure smooth functioning of modules.
Monitor system performance and report issues to IT/technical teams.
Maintain accuracy of master data (items, vendors, customers, BOM, routing, etc.).

2. User Support & Troubleshooting

Provide first-level support to end users.
Troubleshoot ERP errors, data mismatches, and transaction issues.
Escalate complex issues to developers or ERP consultants.

3. ERP Data Entry & Validation

Enter, verify, and update data related to inventory, production, sales, purchase, HR, or finance.
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.

4. Process Documentation

Prepare SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for ERP processes.
Document workflows, transaction steps, and system changes.

5. Coordination & Training

Coordinate with various departments (Production, Purchase, Sales, HR, Accounts) for ERP-related tasks.
Train new employees on ERP usage and best practices.

6. Reporting & Analysis

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports from ERP (inventory status, sales reports, production reports, etc.).
Analyze data to support decision-making for managers.

7. ERP Implementation Support (If applicable)

Assist in new ERP module implementation or upgrades.
Support data migration and system testing (UAT).
Share feedback to improve system performance and usability.

Education required - Diploma in CS / IT , BCA , MCA. B tech- CS
