Job Description

The Executive MD s Office will work directly with the Managing Director to support strategic initiatives, business operations, and decision-making. This role is ideal for an MBA fresher who seeks broad exposure across functions, strong learning opportunities, and direct involvement in top-level management activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Support:
Assist the MD in business planning, strategy formulation, and review of organizational performance.
Coordination:
Act as a bridge between the MD s office and various departments to ensure timely execution of directives.
Research & Analysis:
Conduct industry research, competitor benchmarking, and prepare analytical reports for decision-making.
Communication:
Draft presentations, reports, and official communication for the MD s office.
Meetings & Follow-ups:
Prepare agendas, record minutes, track action items, and ensure follow-ups on critical tasks.
Project Management:
Support execution of cross-functional projects driven by the MD s office.
Confidentiality:
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Strong organizational and coordination skills

Education & Experience:

MBA (preferably in General Management, Strategy, or Operations)
Freshers or up to 1 year of experience can apply
