We re seeking a hands-on
Workplace Services Manager
to build and scale Anaplan s Global Capability Center (GCC) in India from the ground up. This role will help shape the office culture, workplace experience and safety of a technology hub that will grow to several hundred employees across Engineering, Product, and Technical Operations over the coming years. You will oversee the day to day e xperience , o peration , and safety of Anaplan future office and partner with the Site Champion, Real Estate , People and IT to ensure we are developing Anaplan culture and fostering innovation. This role will onboard during the construction process, work with the project team to open the office, and work to scale operations as the region grows. This role is onsite 5 days per week.
Your Impact
1. Build from the Ground Up
- Partner with Real Estate, IT, People, and local office champions to open Anaplan s New Global Capability Center
- Partner with Office Site Champion and the People team to enrich office culture
- Build and scale operations to support growth in the region
2. Office Operations Workplace Experience
- Manage day-to-day office operations in Anaplans new Global Capability Center and other India Co-working offices to ensure a seamless, efficient, well-organized, and safe workplaces
- Liaise with internal teams and key stakeholders to create a positive and engaging workplace experience.
- Ensure best practices for physical security, health, and safety across the office.
- Support and coordinate logistics for onsite meetings, leadership visits, and internal events.
3. Facilities, Security Vendor Management
- Onboard, Manage and maintain relationships with local Facilities Management (FM) vendors to ensure service quality and compliance.
- Manage daily onsite vendors including physical security and janitorial
4. Budgeting Financial Oversight
- Develop, manage, and track the operating budget for the GCC office and other India co-working locations.
- Monitor expenses, identify cost optimization opportunities, and ensure financial discipline as the office scales
5. Data Analyticsand Space Planning
- Leverage data and analytics to build operational efficiency within the office operations as the office scales
- Use data to partner with local office leads to strategically space plan for office growth
Your Experience

5-10 years
of progressive Workplace, facilities or Real estate experience, ideally supporting high-growth SaaS/Tech organizations
. - Proven track record of
building and scaling a new site
(preferably 300-1000 employees). - Proven ability to manage office operations while supporting broader company projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience as a people Supervisor or Manager
- Experience managing Physical Security, Health and Safety programs and tools
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills
- Data-driven mindset
