Role and Responsibilities 1. Case finding: Field staff are often responsible for actively searching for TB cases within communities through activities like house-to-house visits, screening camps, and outreach programs. 2. Health education and awareness: They educate individuals and communities about TB transmission, symptoms, prevention, and the importance of seeking timely medical care. 3. Diagnostic support: Field staff may facilitate the collection of sputum samples for laboratory testing and ensure that individuals with suspected TB receive prompt diagnostic evaluation. 4. Treatment adherence support: They provide counselling and support to TB patients to ensure they understand the importance of completing their treatment regimen, adhering to medication schedules, and managing side effects. 5. Contact tracing: Field staff assist in identifying and screening individuals who have been in close contact with TB patients to detect additional cases and prevent further transmission. 6. Monitoring and follow-up: They monitor treatment progress, conduct follow-up visits, and address any barriers or challenges that patients may encounter during their treatment journey. 7. Data collection and reporting: Field staff collect relevant data on TB cases, treatment outcomes, and program activities, which is essential for monitoring the effectiveness of TB control efforts and informing decision-making.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Paramedical Courses/ 12+/ Degree in Public Health with a minimum of 1 years of experience working in the field of Rural Health in a technical / leadership role. Good communica on, planning, coordina on, IT, and documenta on capabili es Preferred: Demonstrated understanding of the health administration setup in Rajasthan Demonstrated experience and knowledge of maternal and (TB) programs and policies in India Demonstrated expertise in strategic program planning, implementation, and Technical Assistance provision. Knowledge of the basic principles and prac ces related to management of Digital Health ecosystem in the country

Proven ability to identify problem areas, analyse, plan, innovate and execute ideas, as well as impart knowledge and skills. Ability to objectively analyse and interpret quantitative and qualitative health program monitoring and evaluation data and has an eye for details. Communicate analyses effectively to Project Lead (TB) and other members in the team. Ability to travel extensively to gather firsthand information about challenges faced by ground team in effective implementation of key solutions. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and ability to work seamlessly across levels. Demonstrated learning agility, pro-activeness, and openness to embrace new technologies at work. Ability to function effectively as a team member and respect diversity in a team. Fluency in English and knowledge of local working language (Hindi) is essential.
