Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Staff member, located in Gorakhpur. The Field Staff will be responsible for supporting and onboarding customers, addressing inquiries, assisting with troubleshooting, collecting required financial and personal information, and maintaining proper documentation. The role involves providing training to customers on products and procedures, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting timely loan disbursements while adhering to company standards and protocols.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical and Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve challenges efficiently
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities for engaging with clients in a professional and approachable manner
• Proficiency in providing Training to customers and guiding them through products and processes
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing documentation and records accurately
• Prior experience in microfinance or financial services is advantageous but not mandatory
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an on-site environment
• Fluency in local languages spoken in the Gorakhpur region is beneficial
