Job Title: Business HeadLocation: HyderabadExperience: 8–15 yearsIndustry: Microfinance / Financial ServicesAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and strategic leader to oversee our business vertical and drive sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong operational expertise, people leadership, and a deep understanding of the microfinance ecosystem. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership, planning, and direction for the business vertical.Define business goals and develop annual operating plans, policies, and frameworks aligned with organizational objectives.Conduct market analysis, identify expansion opportunities, and optimize branch-level KPIs.Hire, mentor, train, and evaluate zonal, regional, and area-level teams to ensure high performance.Collaborate with central functions such as Credit, Risk, Finance, HR, and other support teams for seamless operations.Ensure adherence to MFIN, RBI regulations, internal audit guidelines, and customer grievance processes.Drive disbursement growth while maintaining strong collections and portfolio quality.Manage the P&L for the entire business vertical, ensuring profitability and efficient cost control.Identify and mitigate operational risks across all levels.
