We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Business Head to guide students in their academic and career choices while driving institutional growth through strategic outreach and partnerships. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales and counselling skills with strategic insight to support student decisions and promote the university’s programs. Location: Kim, Surat, Gujarat. Key Responsibilities Advise students on course selection, academic planning, and career pathways. Conduct counseling sessions to assess student goals and recommend suitable programs. Address student and parent queries with clarity and empathy. Maintain accurate records of counseling interactions and follow-ups. Promote programs through presentations, seminars, workshops, events, and school/college/institutes visits. Build and maintain relationships with schools, coaching centers, and corporate partners. Identify and pursue opportunities to drive admissions and strategic partnerships. Coordinate with marketing and admissions teams to align outreach efforts. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support growth. Achieve monthly and annual enrollment and outreach targets. Qualifications & Skills Minimum Graduate in IT, Education, Counseling, Psychology, Business, Marketing, or related fields. Minimum Experience: 03 to 04 years in academic sales or relevant fields. Experience in student counseling, business development, or educational marketing. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Empathetic, goal-oriented, proactive, and strong in listening. Proficiency in MS Office with the ability to maintain detailed reports. Willingness to travel for outreach and promotional activities.
