Business Head

You will be joining Shiftwave Technologies as a Business Head, leveraging your 8+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Web Development, and Web Operations. Your role will be crucial in driving online performance and business growth. You will lead a team, manage client relationships, and innovate digital strategies for measurable growth. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Digital Marketing & Growth initiatives including SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media to drive traffic, leads, and ROI. - Develop E-commerce Strategy to grow online sales, optimize CRO, and integrate marketing with e-commerce platforms. - Oversee Web Development & Operations, ensuring smooth collaboration across tech/design/QA teams for web technologies, CMS, and hosting. - Mentor cross-functional teams, act as a senior client contact, and drive Project Delivery & Innovation for digital transformation and growth marketing. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Web Development, and Web Operations. - Proven track record in Digital Marketing, E-commerce Management, or Business Head roles. - Strong technical knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Google Analytics, CMS platforms, and e-commerce tools. - Exposure to web development technologies like WordPress, WooCommerce, HTML/CSS, hosting, and troubleshooting. - Excellent leadership, client management, and communication skills to manage large teams and deliver business growth.
