Field Staff

Role Overview: You will be a full-time Field Staff member based in Dhariwal, with the flexibility to work partially from home. Your main responsibilities will include conducting day-to-day fieldwork, troubleshooting issues, providing customer service, and leading training sessions. Additionally, you will be expected to gather and analyze data, report your findings, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Perform day-to-day fieldwork - Troubleshoot issues as they arise - Provide excellent customer service - Conduct training sessions for staff - Gather and analyze data - Report findings to the relevant stakeholders - Maintain effective communication with all parties involved Qualifications Required: - Proficient in Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills - Experience in conducting Training sessions - Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Familiarity with anti-corruption practices is a plus - Bachelors degree in a related field or relevant experience,
