Engineers Interlocks & Hollowbricks is looking for Field Staff to handle site measurements, inspections, and coordination related to interlock paving works and associated construction activities. The role requires regular site visits, accurate measurements, and coordination with supervisors, contractors, and customers to ensure smooth execution of projects. Key Responsibilities Visit construction sites to measure areas for interlock paving works Take accurate measurements of length, width, levels, and site conditions Prepare and submit measurement reports to the office team Identify site requirements such as base preparation, slope, drainage, and material quantity Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and customers Assist in layout marking and initial site preparation guidance Monitor progress of interlock installation works when required Report any site issues, variations, or additional work requirements Maintain daily site visit records and work updates Ensure work is carried out as per company standards and safety norms Support the office team with material planning and work scheduling Required Skills & Qualifications Basic knowledge of construction / civil works (interlocks, paving, or similar works preferred) Ability to take accurate site measurements Familiarity with measuring tools (measuring tape, leveling tools, etc.) Good communication skills (local language + basic English preferred) Ability to work independently in the field Willingness to travel to multiple sites in a day Basic smartphone usage for photos, WhatsApp updates, and reporting Experience Fresher or experienced candidates can apply Prior experience in interlock works, civil sites, or field measurement is an added advantage Salary & Benefits Salary: As per experience and skills On-the-job training provided Growth opportunities within the company Working Hours As per site requirements Weekly off as per company policy Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
