Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Techjays. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in the field.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees, management, and other stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve business outcomes.
    • Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR generalist roles with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
