Satisfaire a 100% les exigences client refleté sur son cahier de charge afin de realiser un produit conforme Superviser le fonctionnement de l'équipe qualité en interne et audit produit. Assurer le suivi et la communication des indicateurs internes et externes. Aminer et superviser l'élaboration des plans d'actions suite aux réclamations internes et externes Assister à l'élaboration des AMDEC Elaborer et actualiser les Plans de Surveillance (pdS) , chemin de contrôle , instructions .... Suivre et traiter les rejets Superviser le contrôle des prototypes et la présérie Informater l'quipe (couture, coupe, recieption…..) sur tous réclamation ou nouvelle définition Arrêter la production afin de corriger les problèmes internes ou externes liés à la qualité Assurer la transmission des réclamations externes à l'usine Assurer la communication des indicateurs Qualité aux autres secteurs (ex: PPM interne et externe, QN …) Assurer les respects des délais des fermetures des QNs. Gérer la sécurisation client en cas de non-conformité trouvée Ëtre l'interlocuteur client. Réaliser et rédiger la documentation de la partie qualité d'EI et PPAP suite à un projet ou modification en collaboration avec le département ingénierie Réaliser les audits LPA , audit interne … Répondre aux réclamations qualités (QN Quality notice) au système SQTS Traiter les retours clients Vérifier et confirmer (accepter ou refuser) les reclamations et les Tri avec les clients Piloter les réunions des rejets chez les clients Vérifier et confirmer les charge back avec les clients Supporter sur la preparation , documentation des PPAP pour nouveau projet ou une modification. Veiller au respect des procédures et des paramètres de qualité Valider les modifications, changements, démarrage et/ou transfert des nouveaux projets Dispose de l'autorité d'arrêter la production en cas d'écarts qui va impacter la conformité du produit par rapport aux exigences clients Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous devez avoir : Bac +5 ou équivalent (scientifique ou technique) formation en qualité souhaitable 1 an minimum dans un poste similar Excellentes compétences en organisation Démontrant la capacité à planifier et suivre les activités de projet. Expérience en industrie automobile de préférence ayant travaillé sur la livraison (fabrication de coiffe ou textile).
