Role Purpose The Knowledge Manager will be responsible for overseeing the knowledge management strategy and organization for CEES and A&I Ensure that information is effectively captured, shared, and utilised across the organization. This role involves managing knowledge resources, facilitating knowledge sharing, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. A key part of the role will be to build and maintain a living and breathing documents library, ensuring all resources remain current, relevant, and accessible. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our teams have access to accurate, up-to-date information through a centralised "single source of truth." Work closely with our SE team to ensure that there is clear alignment with our knowledge hub(s) and the user requirements across our bidding teams, sales support teams, practice areas and other enabling functions. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive knowledge management strategy. Maintain and update the organization’s knowledge base, ensuring information is accurate and accessible. Facilitate the sharing of knowledge and best practices across departments. Key Competencies And Experience Competent SDS author experience in across multiple jurisdictions (USA, EU, UK, Japan, China, Korea etc.), including extended-SDS.
