* Manual Transmission design and development specially related to Polymers (Plastic parts), Elastomers (Gasket, seals, Bellow), Sealant & Transmission oil with Materials expertise.
* Should have sound knowledge on design & assembly of rotating components.
* Should have hands on experience on Detailing, Tolerancing and stack up analysis.
* Should have good knowledge on Manufacturing processes - Injection molding, compression/ Transfer molding alongside Polymeric & Elastomer Materials.
* Should have good knowledge of APQP processes.
