Strong understanding of gear geometry (Spur & Helical) and rotating component design . Hands-on experience in detailing, tolerancing, and stack-up analysis . Sound knowledge of gear and shaft manufacturing processes (gear cutting, finishing, straightening, shot peening, etc.). Good understanding of materials, heat treatment , and APQP processes . Proficiency in UG (NX), Teamcenter, Romex, and KissSoft tools. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills .
