1. Single point of contact (SPOC) for allspecific service line consultations, Investigations, procedures and Admissionsand surgeries
2. Revenue generation from OP to IPConversion
3. Giving estimates and counsel patientsfor all admission
4. Facilitate Admission InsuranceFormalities
5. Facility tour
6. Facilitate PAC formalities
7. All data preparation (Monthly data, Referraldata, etc..)
8. Maintain the patients tracker
9. Providing the support to otherdepartments in absence of fellow SLM
10. OT Booking Room booking foradmission OPD slot blocking for OT
11. Update Estimate calculator on aweekly basis on Pending Conversion cases
12. Develop Packages for new codecreation
13. Discount/upgrade approvals to be done on time.
14. SPOC for all referrals of specificservice line from referral doctors would require interface with Marketing.
15. For all patients with appointment orwalk ins, coordinate with front office to ensure seamless Registration andBilling at the relevant counter
16. Coordinate and ensure patient ofparticular service line have received all reports (Diagnostic or procedural) asper plan. Track and act on any delay.
17. Handhold for counseling patients forall service line related procedures.
18. Coordinate the admission process asrequired, with relevant Front desk staff/ billing and TPA staff (as required)-
19. Coordinate with financial counselingstaff for correct estimations
20. Referral doctor letter repository.
21. Pre-authorization of admission andfollow up.
22. Coordination with TPA Cell forinsurance patient.
23. Coordination with admission counterfor direct admission.
24. Transfer in out of patients in WARD/ICU/HDU/OTand track movement at any point of time.
25. Coordination with ER in case patientcomes in emergency.
26. Interface between the Patient andconsultants (Primary consultant or secondary consultant) of the same serviceline.
27. Guardian to the patients of specificservice line. Will share contact with patient such that they are the firstpoint of contact for any queries of the patient of that specific service line
28. Coordination with the Floor coordinators / patientcoordinator / nursing staff/ floor medical officer and non-medical departmentsregarding the specific service line patients.
29. Participation in Discharge process-
30. Coordinate planned discharge andtrigger any flags, if delayed.
31. Coordinate with the patient/ TPA/billing and Discharge Counter at time of discharge.
32. Post discharge, any travelarrangements to be coordinated as per policy
33. Ensure service line patient delight byregular visits to patient during the stay
34. Follow up with the patient at regularintervals regarding health improvement.
35. Coordinate follow up visit
36. Update a thank you letter from primaryconsultant to the referral doctor for that particular patient admission to becoordinated.
37. Monitor and track all proceduresconverted from service line (patient wise) - OP to IP conversion.
38. Coordinate and track cross referralsfrom one service line to another (handholding between service line and frontoffice).
39. Monitor and track all cross referralsfrom the department to Lab /Radio diagnostics/NIC and prepare conversion reportEOD.
40. To follow up and convert on marketingleads generated through campaigns
