Job Description

  1. Design and implement a robust teacher training framework aligned with company products, curriculum, and CBSE/NEP guidelines – with clear objectives and success metrics.
  2. Develop training content and materials, including presentations, facilitator guides, lesson plans, toolkits, assessments, and asynchronous self-paced courses, to support the Academy's ongoing teacher development.
  3. Build and manage a pool of freelance CBSE-certified trainers PAN India and enable them to deliver high-quality training consistently.
  4. Plan and oversee training delivery across schools (in-person and virtual), managing schedules, trainer allocation, and logistics.
  5. Run Train-the-Trainer programs to prepare internal and freelance trainers for effective delivery, ensuring consistent quality.
  6. Set up strong feedback and impact measurement systems (teacher feedback, school leader feedback and dashboards) to continuously improve training programs.
  7. Provide trainers with tools, lesson plans, and processes to ensure training sessions are implemented effectively in schools.
  8. Manage budgets, dashboards, and reporting, maintaining accurate documentation and presenting training coverage and impact reports to leadership.
  9. Coordinate with multiple internal teams and external vendors (curriculum, academic, school success and product teams) to ensure timely development and delivery of training materials.


  • Qualifications & Experience:

    • Graduate or Postgraduate in Education, Training, or related fields (B.Ed/M.Ed preferred).
    • 5–7 years’ experience in teacher training or L&D roles in education or EdTech.
    • Proven experience in designing and delivering teacher training programs (in-person and digital).
    • Experience building and managing trainer networks (internal/freelance) is preferred.
    • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and comfortable working with dashboards and data.
    • Strong communication and facilitation skills – ability to engage and motivate trainers and teachers.
    • Open to travel (up to 10%) for school visits, trainer management, and training delivery.
