Job Summary : As a Soft Skills Trainer, you will develop and deliver training programs focused on communication, teamwork, leadership, and conflict resolution. You will collaborate with various teams to identify skill gaps and provide tailored learning solutions to boost employee performance. Key Responsibilities : Training Delivery : Conduct engaging sessions on soft skills topics for diverse teams. Content Development : Create and update training materials tailored to departmental needs. Needs Assessment : Identify skill gaps and work with department heads to develop targeted training programs. Evaluation : Assess training effectiveness and report on progress and outcomes. Coaching : Provide one-on-one coaching. Promote Positive Culture : Foster collaboration and positive communication. Compliance : Ensure training aligns with industry regulations, especially for safety and quality in pharmaceutical environments. Qualifications : Education : Bachelor's degree in B. Pharma, M. Pharma (preferred). Experience : 3+ years as a Soft Skills Trainer, preferably in manufacturing or pharmaceuticals. Skills : Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with training tools and adult learning principles. Dynamic personality with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams. Strong communication skills for both individual coaching and group training sessions. Show more Show less
