Job Description

Role Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end training strategy, including identifying needs, designing scalable programs, and establishing processes and teams to deliver measurable learning outcomes. Your primary focus will be on fostering a culture of continuous development, operational excellence, and entrepreneurial thinking throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Identify organization-wide training needs by conducting performance analysis and collaborating with stakeholders. - Design, implement, and evaluate structured learning programs that are in line with business objectives. - Establish and lead the Learning & Development (L&D) and quality teams by defining roles, workflows, and governance processes. - Develop and manage a comprehensive curriculum to support onboarding, upskilling, and leadership development initiatives. - Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training frameworks, and documentation to ensure consistency and quality control. - Promote a quality-first approach in training delivery, content development, and learner experience. - Work closely with department heads to integrate learning into day-to-day performance management practices. - Foster an entrepreneurial mindset by designing agile, learner-led development programs. - Manage training budgets, vendors, and digital learning platforms effectively. - Monitor learning effectiveness through data analysis, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and business impact assessment. Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR strategy roles. - Demonstrated track record of successfully establishing L&D teams, processes, and systems from inception. - Profound understanding of instructional design, training operations, and performance evaluation methodologies. - Exceptional communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities. - Familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) tools and digital learning platforms. - Preferred certifications include CPTM, CPTD/CPLP, or other credentials recognized by the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
