Ensure accurate charge capture , procedure coding, and tariff application. Monitor daily cash collections , refunds, discounts, deposits, and settlements. Validate advance payments, interim bills, and final settlements . Review and approve high-value transactions as per hospital policy. RCM & Compliance Ensure end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management —from patient registration to final bill closure. Maintain compliance with hospital billing SOPs, NABH guidelines, and audit requirements. The Animal House Doctor will be responsible for the overall care, welfare, and regulatory compliance of laboratory animals as mandated by CPCSEA and NMC MSR guidelines. The role includes supervision of animal facilities, ensuring ethical animal use in research and education, and maintaining all statutory records. Qualifications (As per NMC MSR & CPCSEA Guidelines) BVSc & AH (Bachelor of Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry) from a recognized university. Registration with State Veterinary Council is mandatory. Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience in animal care, veterinary services, or managing an animal house in a medical/scientific institution. Preferred: Experience in laboratory animal management, CPCSEA norms, and biomedical research environments. Key Responsibilities (As per NMC MSR Requirements) Oversee the care, feeding, health, and welfare of all laboratory animals. Ensure strict compliance with CPCSEA guidelines, NMC MSR requirements, and institutional ethical policies. Conduct regular health checks, diagnose and treat animal diseases. Supervise breeding, quarantine, and housing conditions. Maintain all mandatory records & registers (stock register, mortality register, breeding register, procedural records, etc.).
