Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Training and Development Manager. Responsibilities include designing and implementing training programs, identifying employee learning needs, and creating tailored development initiatives. The manager will oversee employee training sessions, develop instructional materials, and collaborate with various teams to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth. Monitoring the effectiveness of training programs and providing insights to improve employee performance are also key duties.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Training & Development, Employee Training, and Employee Learning & Development
• Skills in Instructional Design and creating effective content and materials for training programs
• Strong organisational and leadership skills to manage and deliver impactful learning initiatives
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in developing and assessing training structures and evaluating their effectiveness
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in corporate training, employee engagement, or a related field is an advantage
• 7+ years of experience required
