  Role : Assistant Training  Manager Job Title: Sr. Training Program Manager. Department: Training and Development Number of Positions: 1 Location: Pune (Akurdi) Mode of Work: At Office Notice Period: Immediate Joiners preferred /up-to 30 days. Industry Experience: Education, Training, Service, or E-learning Minimum Experience: 05-08 years Qualification:  ·      MBA - HR, Operations, Marketing, IT, Project Management OR ·      Project Management Graduate   Skills Required:    ·      Fluent in English Communication [Must Have] ·      Proficiency in Computer Execution ·      Excellent in MS Office, Google Spreadsheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, Power Point [PPTs] ·      Excellent in Email Writing ·      Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills. ·      Ability to multitask and manage remote stakeholders. ·      Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.               Responsibilities / Scope of Work: ·      Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of online training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms. ·      Identify skill gaps and training needs within the organization through surveys, performance data, and collaboration with department heads. ·      Develop training plans that address specific learning needs and support employee career development. ·      Coordinate training schedules, resources, and logistics to ensure smooth delivery of ·        ·      online training programs. ·      Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to organize specialized training programs, workshops, or certifications. ·      Ensure training programs comply with industry regulations and internal policies. ·      Maintain training records and documentation for compliance purposes. ·      Regularly audit training materials for accuracy and relevance. ·      Create engaging and interactive learning content, including videos, presentations, quizzes, and other multimedia elements. ·      Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and up-to-date content. ·      Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS) for online training delivery. ·      Oversee user accounts, course enrollments, and track learners' progress and performance. ·      Manage and troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with the LMS and online learning platforms. ·      Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in online learning and instructional design. ·      Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages continuous learning and professional growth.
