About the Role: We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented professional to build Wacco Waffles’ brand identity and training ecosystem from scratch. You’ll design impactful presentations, training manuals, and SOPs that define how the brand looks, feels, and operates. Key Responsibilities: Create engaging PPT decks, manuals, and visual training materials Develop store-level training programs & onboarding kits Build and document SOPs for operations, service, and product prep Coordinate with operations & marketing for consistent brand rollout Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in QSR / retail / brand training Strong computer & presentation skills (PowerPoint, Canva, Excel, Google Workspace) Eye for design, layout, and brand storytelling Organized, creative, and comfortable working in a startup setup
