About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Training & Development Manager with proven experience in the automobile industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs to enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and evaluate training and development programs for employees across all departments.

Identify training needs through performance appraisals, feedback, and regular consultation with managers.

Organize technical, behavioral, and soft skills training sessions relevant to the automobile industry.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.

Prepare training materials, manuals, and reports.

Collaborate with management to ensure training objectives align with organizational goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Management, or related field.

Proven experience in the automobile sector is mandatory.

Strong management and leadership skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.

Proficiency in MS Office and training-related tools/software.
