Position: Training & Development Manager

Role Summary

The Training & Development Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing all training programs to enhance employee skills, improve patient-care quality, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards. The role supports continuous learning, staff development, and service excellence across the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

• Training Planning & Execution
• Prepare annual training calendar and conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
• Design and deliver training modules for clinical & non-clinical staff.
• Conduct induction/orientation for new employees.

Skill & Performance Improvement

• Track training attendance, assessments, and performance improvement.
• Support departments in bridging competency gaps and enhancing service quality.

Compliance & Mandatory Trainings

• Organize NABH-required sessions (fire safety, infection control, BMW, BLS/ACLS, etc.).
• Maintain accurate training records for audits and accreditation.

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with HODs, Nursing Heads, Medical Experts, and HR.
• Coordinate with external trainers and institutes when needed.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR/Hospital Administration.
• 2–5 years’ experience in Training & Development; healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,546.58 - ₹55,598.44 per month

Work Location: In person
