Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and streamline the operational activities of our Mutual Fund division. This role is critical in ensuring efficient fund administration, trade processing, compliance, and investor servicing. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of mutual fund operations, and experience with regulatory and risk management frameworks. Job Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of mutual fund activities including trade settlement, NAV calculation, fund accounting, reconciliations, and investor transactions. Liaise with custodians, fund accountants, transfer agents, and external service providers to ensure timely and accurate processing. Manage and monitor regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., SEC, FINRA, SEBI depending on region). Implement and optimize operational workflows to improve efficiency and reduce risk. Lead and mentor the operations team; conduct performance reviews and training. Coordinate audits (internal and external) and support reporting functions. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs). Identify operational risks and implement controls to mitigate them. Partner with IT and other departments to implement systems and automation solutions. Stay up to date with industry regulations and market developments.
