You will be involved in various aspects such as Training Needs Identification (TNI) through skill matrix and competency mapping, Training Strategy, Annual Training Plan, Training designing, budgeting, calendar, feedback, evaluation, and delivery. Your role will also involve preparing the Annual Training plan based on organizational priorities, creating learning content for instructor-led and virtual training, and collaborating with product development, policies, and sales teams to ensure alignment of training programs with the company's roadmap and strategies.
