Assistant Manager-BTL

As a BTL Marketing Executive at Lokmanya Multipurpose Co-operative Society, you will play a crucial role in promoting the organization's products and services through below-the-line marketing activities. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning, executing, and managing BTL marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and reach potential customers. - Conducting field work to interact with customers, generate leads, and increase brand awareness. - Implementing BTL campaigns targeting specific customer segments to achieve marketing objectives. - Coordinating with external vendors, brands, and agencies for executing BTL activities like brand activations, events, sponsorship, and promotional campaigns. - Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of BTL campaigns, collecting feedback, and suggesting improvements. - Collaborating with the marketing team to develop BTL marketing strategies aligned with overall objectives. - Tracking and analyzing leads generated through BTL activities, reporting on conversion rates and outcomes. - Maintaining a database of leads and customer information for future marketing initiatives. - Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay updated with industry trends. - Ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements in all BTL activities. - Staying informed about emerging BTL marketing techniques and industry best practices. - Supporting other marketing projects as assigned. Qualifications required: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in BTL marketing, events, sponsorship, or related fields. - Strong experience in events, sponsorship, lead generation activities, and customer interaction. - Good understanding of BTL marketing techniques, strategies, and channels. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation and networking abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
