Assistant Manager-CRM

Role Overview: As a CRM Executive at Lokmanya Multipurpose Co-operative Society, your role will involve developing and implementing CRM strategies to strengthen customer relationships. You will be responsible for creating and managing loyalty programs aimed at boosting retention and repeat business. Tracking KPIs to measure the effectiveness of CRM and loyalty programs will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will implement CRM systems to manage customer data and engagement, design targeted marketing campaigns, maintain customer segmentation, and address customer feedback efficiently.
