Role & responsibilities : Strategy and planning: Develop and implement sales strategies and business plans to achieve sales growth within the zone. Team management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives, which may include regional and area sales managers. Performance management: Set performance goals, monitor sales activities, and ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets. Business development: Identify new business opportunities, grow market share, and build relationships with key clients. Collaboration: Work with the marketing department to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns. Analysis: Analyze sales data, monitor market trends, and report on the performance of the zone.
