We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - CRM to manage the customer journey from booking until full collection of payments. The role involves handling customer interactions, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely follow-ups for demand notices, documentation, and collections. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for customers post-booking till completion of all payment milestones. Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams for smooth post-sales process Issue Allotment Letters, Agreements for Sale, and maintain documentation records Track and send payment demand notices as per construction or payment schedule Follow up with customers for timely payments and resolve related queries Escalate collection delays and coordinate with Finance/Legal for necessary action Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system Support in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., RERA) Address and resolve customer concerns related to agreements, invoices, or payment schedules Generate regular MIS reports on collections, pending payments, and customer status. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in real estate customer lifecycle up to collections stage Good understanding of real estate documentation and payment terms Proficiency in Excel and CRM software. Ability to follow processes with high attention to detail Strong follow-up and coordination skills Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration or relevant field 6-10 years of CRM or post-sales experience in the real estate industry

Structural Design Coordinator

To involve in Design and preparation of structural Schemes for various projects (Residential / Commercial / Villa Etc). Deftly handling analysis of Modeling and design of Structures and its elements using ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE and taking out the Structural BOQs. To Engage with clients / architect / service consultants / contractors to comprehensively understand project requirements, expectations, and design preferences. Assist in organizing and prioritizing design tasks - Work closely with the Design Manager to develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules and task lists. Prioritize design tasks based on project objectives, deadlines, and resource availability, ensuring efficient allocation of team resources and timely delivery of milestones. Coordinate communication between design teams and external clients Act as a central point of contact for internal design team members and external consultants, facilitating clear and effective communication channels. Ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed of project developments, changes, and requirements to maintain alignment and collaboration throughout the design processes. Track design progress and milestones - Utilize project management tools and systems to monitor and track the progress of design activities against established timelines and milestones. Proactively identify potential delays or bottlenecks and implement strategies to mitigate risks and keep the project on track for timely completion. Implement design quality control measures - Establish and enforce design quality standards and procedures to uphold the integrity and excellence of the design output. Coordinate regular reviews and audits of design deliverables to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards. Facilitate resolution to design-related issues and concerns - Act as a mediator and problem solver to design issues and concerns that may arise during the course of the project. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify root causes, explore potential solutions, and implement corrective actions to resolve issues and minimise impact on project progress and outcomes.
