Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site execution activities for civil works.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
Ensure timely completion of work as per project schedule and specifications.
Monitor construction activities to ensure quality standards and safety protocols are met.
Prepare and review BOQs, drawings, and work progress reports.
Assist in project planning, estimation, and budgeting.
Resolve technical issues at site promptly and effectively.
Maintain documentation related to construction, inspection, and compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a reputed institute.
3-7 years of hands-on experience in construction execution.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and quality standards.
Experience in real estate or contracting companies will be preferred.
