Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Oversee daily on-site electrical activities, including internal and external electrification, lighting systems, MV/LV power distribution, earthing and lightning protection systems, bus duct installation, HT/LT cabling, diesel generator (DG) setup, and landscape lighting execution.
Interpret and validate electrical and shop drawings, ensuring implementation aligns with approved designs and technical standards.
Coordinate effectively with MEP engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure scheduled and seamless execution of electrical works.
Supervise the testing, commissioning, and quality assurance processes for all electrical installations, ensuring compliance with industry and project-specific standards.
Maintain comprehensive records of work progress, manpower deployment, material usage, and equipment inventory to support project tracking and reporting.
Enforce site safety protocols and electrical safety compliance, in line with company policies and statutory regulations.
Proactively identify potential execution delays, design discrepancies, or site challenges and report them to the project leadership for timely resolution.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: SSC / Intermediate / Diploma in Electrical Engineering (ITI preferred for electrician roles)
Experience: 4-10 years in electrical supervision on highrise residential projects, With MIVAN experience
