Position Title: BIM Modeler PHE & Fire Fighting Location: Mumbai & Noida Job Purpose: To support the MEP design team in developing detailed, coordinated 3D BIM models and drawings for Public Health Engineering (PHE) and Fire Fighting systems. The BIM Modeler will ensure accurate modeling, clash coordination, and compliance with project-specific BIM standards. Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain 3D BIM models for PHE and Fire Fighting systems using Revit MEP and related software. Prepare detailed shop drawings and coordinated layout plans for water supply, drainage, stormwater, fire sprinkler, and hydrant systems. Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other MEP disciplines to resolve coordination issues. Participate in clash detection and resolution using Navisworks or similar tools. Follow BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project-specific modeling standards. Generate BOQs, schedules, and support documentation from the BIM models. Maintain documentation and version control as per QA/QC standards.
