Job Description

Develop and manage 3D architectural models using Rhino and Grasshopper for conceptual and detailed design phases.
Collaborate with design teams to develop energy assessment models to optimize form, function, and environmental performance.
Assist in building performance simulations , focusing on thermal comfort, daylighting, shading, and energy efficiency.
Interpret and apply building physics principles to support passive design strategies and high-performance building outcomes.
Work closely with team of engineer and architects to integrate building energy performance data into the design process.
Prepare clear visualizations, diagrams, and technical documentation for internal use and client presentations.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
Proficiency in Rhinoceros (Rhino) and Grasshopper for 3D modelling and parametric design.
Working knowledge of building physics, passive design strategies, and energy-efficient design.
Familiarity with environmental analysis tools such as Ladybug/Honeybee, SketchUp, or IES VE is highly desirable.
Strong visual communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet project deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Essential):

Knowledge of scripting (e.g., Python, C#) within Grasshopper for custom tool development.
Experience with Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) or embodied carbon analysis tools.
Understanding of local energy codes, green building certifications, or net-zero energy standards.
