Ensure design of components and assemblies adhere to applicable industry and business standards. Establish and support knowledge-sharing networks throughout the HARTING Technology Group to promote collaboration and innovation. Work closely with cross functional teams to drive VAVE initiatives. General Skills: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, , or a related field Extensive knowledge of VAVE. Proficient in project management, capable of planning and executing projects related to the development of plastics and rubber materials. Strong communication skills, high self-motivation, and the ability to organize independently. A passion for innovation and a strong drive for finding new solutions, combined with a global mindset. Willingness to undertake occasional business trips lasting several days. A solid awareness of cost considerations. Fluent in English
