The Head of Architects will lead the architectural vision, planning, and execution of all projects within Della Townships, including luxury township developments, villas, and master planning. This role requires strategic leadership, technical expertise, and a strong design sensibility to deliver high-end, innovative, and sustainable architectural solutions in line with the company s brand ethos.
Job Expectations:
Proven experience in large-scale township or luxury residential projects.
Strong understanding of municipal by-laws, building codes, and township planning regulations.
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment with frequent travel.
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor s/Master s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. Minimum Job Experience: Minimum 12 15 years of architectural experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Reporting to: CMD Travel: Travelling Required
