Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The Architect will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures while ensuring functionality, safety, sustainability, and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate combines strong design skills with technical expertise and effective collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs from concept through construction documents
• Create drawings, models, and specifications using CAD/BIM software
• Collaborate with clients to understand project goals, budgets, and timelines
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors
• Ensure designs comply with zoning laws, building codes, and regulations
• Conduct site visits and oversee construction progress
• Review and approve materials, shop drawings, and changes
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Professional licensure (or progress toward licensure, depending on role)
• Proven experience in architectural design and project development
• Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino)
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with sustainable or green building design
• Knowledge of BIM workflows and project coordination
• Experience working with [residential / commercial / mixed-use] projects
• LEED or other professional certifications
