As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQ) for ongoing and upcoming projects. Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments. Manage tendering processes, evaluate supplier quotations, and negotiate contracts. Monitor project costs and track variations to ensure financial efficiency. Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure commercial compliance. Prepare progress reports, valuations, and final accounts. Ensure all work adheres to legal, safety, and contractual standards. Qualifications & Skills B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry. Proficiency in estimating software and MS Excel. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
