Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQ) for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Manage tendering processes, evaluate supplier quotations, and negotiate contracts.
• Monitor project costs and track variations to ensure financial efficiency.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure commercial compliance.
• Prepare progress reports, valuations, and final accounts.
• Ensure all work adheres to legal, safety, and contractual standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in estimating software and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
