Role Overview

Arrow Constructions is seeking experienced Survey Engineers to play a critical role during the initial and execution stages of irrigation projects. The role involves precise surveying, quantity estimation, joint level coordination, and providing chainage-wise survey data to enable accurate execution and billing.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed topographical and alignment surveys for irrigation and canal projects
• Mark center lines for canal formations, bund formations, and related works as per approved drawings
• Take all initial measurements required at the start of the project and support project planning
• Prepare quantity estimates based on survey data and drawings issued by various departments
• Play a key role in conducting joint level surveys along with Site Engineers and Department Engineers
• Submit chainage-wise survey quantities for works to be executed, enabling accurate planning and execution tracking
• Support execution teams by providing precise survey inputs during different stages of construction
• Ensure survey data accuracy for M-Books, billing, and reconciliation purposes
• Maintain proper survey records, drawings, and documentation
• Coordinate with site teams to resolve survey-related discrepancies on ground

Software & Technical Proficiency

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, and survey analysis software
• Strong capability in preparing drawings, profiles, and alignment data

Equipment Expertise

• Hands-on experience with Total Stations, GPS receivers, auto levels, dumpy levels, and other surveying instruments
• Ability to independently handle field instruments and data processing

Eligibility & Experience

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Surveying
• Minimum 3 years of experience in surveying irrigation projects (mandatory)
• Prior exposure to canals, watercourses, bunds, and infrastructure projects is essential
• Strong understanding of chainage-wise quantity calculations and joint measurement procedures

Work Nature

• Role requires full-time on-site presence at project locations
• Travel within project stretches as required for surveying activities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
