Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment life cycle and support HR initiatives such as employee engagement and grievance redressal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent while fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture. Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and define job requirements Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiations. Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates via job boards, social media and networking. Proficient in leveraging job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed for talent sourcing and recruitment activities. Maintain and update recruitment reports. Ensure timely and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Campus Recruitment Design and launch the internship program structure, policies, and onboarding process. Manage end-to-end internship lifecycle from posting opportunities and shortlisting candidates to onboarding, monitoring progress, and exit. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment and generalist HR functions. Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality and professionalism.

Working time: 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM Wording Days : 6 Days Working (2nd & 4th Saturday Week Off) Website: www.asmitagroup.com Role Overview: The Marketing Automation Executive will be responsible for executing, optimising, and analysing targeted Email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns. The role requires strong skills in audience segmentation, automation workflows, campaign performance analysis, and the ability to deliver personalised and engaging communication to drive customer engagement, retention, and conversion. Key Responsibilities 1. Campaign Management Plan, create, and implement Email & WhatsApp campaigns in alignment with the marketing calendar. Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to develop engaging campaign concepts. Monitor, test, and optimize for maximum reach, engagement, and conversion.\ 2. Segmentation & Targeting Perform audience segmentation and smart targeting for personalized campaigns. Manage and maintain segmented email lists and WhatsApp contact groups. Maintain data hygiene and ensure accurate CRM database updates. 3. Strategic Ownership Provide data-driven recommendations for new campaigns, creative angles, and audience targeting. Conduct competitor analysis and track industry trends to improve campaign effectiveness. Align campaigns with broader marketing goals and brand positioning. 4. Testing & Optimization Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, content, and send times. Track and analyze campaign performance via ESP analytics and Google Analytics. Optimize based on KPIs such as open rate, CTR, and conversions. 5. CRM & Integration Skills Integrate Email & WhatsApp marketing platforms with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce. Implement and manage automation workflows using Mailchimp, Zapier, Pabbly, or similar tools. Utilize API and webhook integrations for lead management and reporting. 6. Compliance & Best Practices Ensure adherence to GDPR, TRAI guidelines, and WhatsApp Business policies. Manage opt-in/opt-out processes and maintain audience trust. 7. Preferred Industry Experience Experience in FMCG or D2C sectors preferred. Product based industry experience is must Understanding of audience cultural nuances for personalized engagement. Qualifications & Skills Mandatory Bachelors Degree in Technology, Marketing, or related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in Email & WhatsApp marketing. Proficiency in ESPs like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc. Strong knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, Pabbly), API, and webhooks. Excellent copywriting skills for subject lines, CTAs, and short-form messaging. Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
