Role Overview

Arrow Constructions is looking for Site Engineers to manage and monitor day-to-day site activities for irrigation and canal lining projects. The role involves on-ground execution control, coordination with workers and subcontractors, measurement recording, and daily reporting to ensure smooth project progress and accurate billing.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities involving labour, subcontractors, and equipment
• Ensure execution of works as per drawings, specifications, and approved methodologies
• Coordinate with on-field team members and provide timely updates on progress
• Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), including:
• Quantity of work executed item-wise
• Equipment utilization
• Diesel consumption
• Number of labour batches and output per batch
• Details of all site activities under supervision
• Measure, record, and verify quantities of executed works
• Coordinate with departmental/on-site engineers for joint inspections and approvals
• Assist in finalization of Measurement Books (M-Books) and bill recordings
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and project timelines
• Report site issues, delays, or constraints to project management proactively

Eligibility & Requirements

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Prior experience in canal lining and irrigation works is mandatory
• Hands-on experience in site execution, measurements, and DPR preparation
• Familiarity with M-Books, quantity recording, and billing coordination
• Ability to stay on-site for the project duration
• Strong coordination and reporting skills
• Minimum experience of 4+ years

• Food and accommodation will be provided by the company at the project site

Work Location

• Kota or Jaisalmer, Rajasthan
• The engineer is expected to be fully stationed at the site

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
