Role & responsibilities: Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure compliance with design and safety standards. Preferred candidate profile: Experience: 510 years in site supervision and civil engineering within residential/commercial construction projects. Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD , MS Office , and project management tools. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications . Core Competencies: Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction practices . Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills for on-site challenges. Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and contractors. Strong command of MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software (CostX, Candy). Knowledge of contracts, tendering, and legal compliance. Core Competencies: Analytical and numerical ability for cost analysis.
